The new range of Grundfos CM Horizontal Multistage Pumps has been introduced to the Australian market, replacing the CH and CHI range of product.
The new CM’s are compact, reliable and quiet while in operation. CM pumps are perfect for use in small spaces, where loud operation is undesirable. Their quiet operation also eliminates the need for extra insulation around the product.
The CM range of pumps are primarily used as a built-in pump in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions. Their compactness and flexibility make them an optimal solution for installation and interaction with other components in a larger product. Grundfos CM pumps can also be used as a system pump, connected in complete system solutions or even as a stand alone pump.
Each CM is individually created to best suit the applications needs, giving you greater flexibility.
The CM can be built in a range of materials, each with their own benefits and application areas:
- Cast iron - Solid & reliable, it is perfect for washing and cleaning, pressure boosting and chillers.
- AISI 304/DIN 1.4301 stainless steel - The perfect choice for water and non-corrosive liquids used in water treatment, temperature control, pressure boosting, and washing & cleaning.
- AISI 316/DIN 1.4401 stainless steel - Offers a high degree of corrosion protection against aggressive liquids used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and water treatment applications.
